Deception Point

Dan Brown

3.5 AVERAGE

adventurous dark mysterious fast-paced

The book was thrilling but the plot progressed at an unrealistic haste. Everything happened within one or two days... It's difficult to believe that any group of three people are resourceful enough to dismantle such a colossal scheme in less than 48 hours. Otherwise, the book encompassed many interesting Ideas and offered quite a different perspective on the role and position of NASA.

Definitely an interesting read but compared to his other books this one didn’t hold my attention as well.
medium-paced

The thirds book I've read from Dan Brown and while reading it, it just reminded me of the other two. To me, they're all too similar.

To my own surprise, I really enjoyed the story, although there was a bit too much showing off of technology for my taste. Also... there is a thing as overdoing danger... Putting someone who is afraid of oceans above the open see, infested with sharks and a possible exploding sea bottom is a bit too much?

Quite a few unbelievable parts and a atleast own dead wrong fact about sharks but overall fast paced and enjoyable.

Took too long to get to the point.
