My heart went out for these poor ladies. To think that this culture is like that. Plus what they had to endure was awful.
Wonderfully written. I really felt the loss and joy from the characters. It's a wonderful story of friendship and heartache and gives you a wonderful insight into what life was and is in Afghanistan and how differently people there think about what's going on around them.
