This book was SO much better than the first one from Hade’s POV. Everything I complained about from the first one was fixed in this book. We were able to see his love and devotion for Persephone that included more than just her body.

I liked being able to see a different side of Hades and see the plot inside of the plot unfold.

this was so so much better than the second persephone book! i love the gods, mainly hades and hermes, and love spending time with them. it’s just so much more interesting to me than whatever the hell happened to persephone (becoming a whiny little girl). maybe it’s because i’ve always loved greek mytholgy or maybe because scarlett st clair is writing in a fun way, idk. but i really enjoy these POVs of hades!
