This just wasn't for me. Slow plot, repetitive story, and characters I really couldn't connect with.

Solidly 3 stars. There were some great lessons sprinkled throughout and I liked the magical realism feel. Ultimately the plot fell short for me and the human connection self-discovery, and transformation are what carried me through.

The title isn't wrong - it is a life impossible. A little too much magic and fantasy for me, but an enjoyable read.
