I really enjoyed this holiday romcom of a book. I felt it was not only about love lost and found, but also about discovering what means most in life. That it isn’t just about making sure to check the boxes on your to-do list and marrying because that is what you are supposed to do. And above all, this book truly encapsulates how amazing close friendships can be. These women have a healthy, always-there-for-one-another friendship. You could tell how much they’d be willing to be there at the drop of a hat to support one another. It was refreshing to read. And I do feel that that was the biggest love story in the book, the two friends supporting one another.

just a fun read! love that every side character is a lesbian couple lol

this book was terrible. terrible writing, rich privileged characters that sucked, way too corny and cheesy. the FMCs live such incredibly lucky lives that I didn't care at all about their few bad things.

author doesn't seem to know anything real about Kauai.
