Chasing Him

Loved John and Mila's story!

I've really enjoyed this series so far. Small town romances have really been my bag lately. I love how they leave a little cliffhanger at the end to entice you to read the next, even though there's no doubt I'll be reading the next one. I need Jackson to get his bell rung.

I finished reading this book earlier today, and I can say that it was perfect! I've been anxious for John's book since I read the first Bishop book, and it didn't disappoint me. Kennedy Fox wrote one of her best works for my favorite brother.

At the end of book 2, we found out that John is a dad, which is shocking 'cause I expected this from Jackson, not him! But as the story unfolds, we see him as an amazing dad, but who is struggling to work and take care of Maize.

So we met Mila, the nanny, who is an amazing character. I really love how she won't back down from a challenge and flirts with Jackson to show John what he's missing. Her chemistry with John is something off the charts, their dynamic was perfect. And her relationship with little Maize is one of the cutest things of the book.

Chasing Him was an emotional slow burn Single Dad and the Nanny romance. With each Bishop Brother book, the writing just keeps getting better and I’m waiting impatiently for Jackson’s book.

We briefly meet Bailey in Needing Him, but when John finds out that he has a child and reads the letter from Bailey; my heart broke for John and his baby girl. After a month of trying to adjust to now being a single father, John is in need of some help. Mila was just going to be in Texas for a month while waiting to hear if she gets a teaching job in Georgia. Mama Bishop is playing matchmaker and asks Mila to help her son with her newest granddaughter. Sparks fly at the first meeting but can John stick to his RULES?

I have said it with the other two books, but it just keeps getting better. The brother’s bantering is the best parts and that is all thanks to Jackson most of the time. I am in love with this family and it was good to see Courtney and Drew again.

Review to come!

This was my favorite of the Bishop Brothers so far! I love the family dynamics and all of the mayhem that ensues once John finds out he's a father. The chemistry between him and Mila is charming, and you'll be hooked from the first page.

Yup in love with John. And Mila and Maize. This book had a lot of heartbreak in it but also a lot of love. The Bishop family is so great.

So far, this might be my favourite! Onto the fourth!

These books just keep getting better and better! Ive been super excited for John’s book from the very beginning and Kennedy Fox did not disappoint! They delivered an amazing story with heartfelt moments and kept us intrigued from the very beginning! Single parents are some of my favorites and this one made it to my top favorite single parents! The love this family has for each other is incredible and really brings the whole story together. I feel like I can relate to Mila I’m so many ways, her caring nature and her stepping up to take care of siblings and working with kids are all things I understand. It made the story that much better because I could make connections with her! John was awesome and I knew I would like him the best out of the first three, but now that I know what Jackson’s book entails, I am so ready for his story! It might just be the best one yet and that’s saying a lot cause these first three were really good!
