Let me just say that I am happy this series is coming to an end. It probably should have ended a bit ago, and has dragged a lot in the last two books. On the other hand I will say that I absolutely love every single character in this series and I am glad that this book gave them the ending they deserved. These kids needed this to end. I was very happy with the realistic ending and it moved me to tear twice in less than ten pages.

loved this series. It got so in-depth with all the major characters. And it dealt with some really intense subject matter in as honest a way as is possible when your target audience is probably high school age. This is not a light or easy read in terms of content, but the way it is written flows really well and worked me through the books quickly. It's a series I assume will be turned into a movie eventually because it's been getting more and more popular... and honestly it makes me kind of sad. It will have to be diluted do much to achieve the necessary rating for the studios to make money. Hopefully if it ever does happen they find a way to really respect and honor the story and the experience it crafted for me.

michael grant just ripped my heart to shreds and somehow put it back together and then ripped it to shreds again and again and again and i loved it. i laughed, i ugly cried (a lot) and i remembered exactly why i fell in love with this series and grant’s writing all those years ago. an all time favourite for sure!

Wow, this book made me more emotionally attached than anything else I’ve read this year. It made my teeth ache like cold water and my heart swell and my eyes leak. Even with the covers closed my mind stays in the FAYZ with our favorite characters fighting their fights and grieving with their losses. Grant really explores the scary truth in his finale — even good people need to make practical choices. And afterwards, can you call yourself good? This is truly one of the most remarkable fiction novels of our day.

Increíble historia y desarrollo de los personajes. Durante seis libros amas, odias, resentís y adulas a los mismos personajes. Quien esperabas que muera, no muere, sino que todo lo contrario.
El agradecimiento de Grant al final del libro es, después de seis libros, muy conmovedor. Hasta el mismo se refirió a sí como “cansado”.
Valió la pena las tres mil páginas que tuve que leer para llegar al agridulce final.

Cabe decir que en conjunto, los libros y sus sucesos son bastante impactantes. El detalle es muy realista, tanto que resulta bastante desgarrador y algunas escenas son nauseabundas.
Los libros de Grant mantuvieron un nivel de detalle que revela las más inimaginables cosas sobre los personajes y su realidad.
No puedo evitar pensar en la muerte de los últimos personajes, Jack, Orc, Brianna, Caine… todos tan cerca de salir pero a la vez tan lejos.
Por ahora no siento que vaya a leer nada que me haga sentir de la misma forma que estos personajes ni tampoco espero encontrar nada parecido, son demasiado únicos. El desarrollo es demasiado bueno y la historia nunca deja de avanzar. Cuando pensas que Grant no puede escribir nada más sobre este mundo, demuestra todo lo contrario.
Feliz de haberlos leído todos, triste porque es el fin.
