THIS BOOK! i read this book in one day because i could not put it down. i read it at the exact right moment for me. Saoirse and Ruby were such a real and true couple. The events in this book are bittersweet but I feel changed for life. The accurate and positive representation in this book made me feel seen. I feel like the author took the thoughts from my head and put them on paper. I would recommend this book to everyone.

This was my Valentine’s Day read and I couldn’t not have picked a better one. Plus, I feel like this is the first book I’ve read that set in Ireland (as far as I remember at least).
I loved the romance, but I also loved the deep topic of early dementia, which from the blurb I was not expecting at all! I liked all the romcom references and it’s now going to be my goal to watch all the movies from the list!

The book was a slow burn, but the ending seemed rushed. The last sentence was ok but unfortunately was a little bit of a let down in my opinion...
