I can't say that I can rate this book fairly, because it wasn't what I expected and is not a genre that I like reading.

I loved this vicarage setting and I literally couldn't put it down.
dark funny mysterious tense fast-paced

I read this while taking part in the Sirius Reader research project. Fun read, though (as usual for me) I found I kept getting some of the characters mixed up, in particular all the different priests.

It’s been a while since I read a book by CJ Tudor and the Burning Girls did not disappoint!! Really loved the multi layering of stories going on, I feel like Tudor really honed her craft with this one!! A solid 4 out of 5 stars for sure.

Keep this one in the freezer. IYKYK.

The narrative style was just too obvious and guided for my liking.

This book was PHENOMENAL. I don't want to say anything about the plot or anything at all. It was simply brilliant.

I had guesses. Some things were obvious. Others, super twisted. I'm hooked though, and I can't wait to find the next Tudor book.

Super addictive. Absolute page-turner!!! The supernatural aspect is not what you think it is.
