This book destroyed me. It was amazing to read and I cried so many times. I do not cry in books but this one just spoke to me. Definitely my first 5 ⭐️ review of 2025!!
this was def my least fave BUT the epilogues were everything and i want to read an entire epilogue about these characters because i love them so much and want the best for them

the beginning was a little confusing but i loved the story honestly, i did not like lily going into this book but just wanted to see what happened to her and ended the book liking her and loving her storyline and how full circle it became and happy she was.
man, this was boring. and man was mason a CREEP. if any man walked into my apartment and asked to watch my child bc he was watching ME and noticing my struggle, i would be a LITTLE MORE APPREHENSIVE MAYBE??? what was lily THINKING???
also big surprise mason/alex was in fact a l-i-a-r. so lilly's judgment was right.
idk this book was just hella boring i skipped so man useless chapters. also masons backstory was sooo convoluted... and for what? its not like his politician dad was introduced in other books, or was some kind of titular character? like okay sadly we are told he made masons childhood... annoying? i don't really remember, and now he just gets sacked for being a creep (guess it runs in the family lol) no but srsly, yay for less creeps but like is this really plot or is it lets-add-random-trauma time?
anyway goodBYE, goodbye to this series. alina and chase you weren't so bad. becca and eli... you were probably the best.
