Five stars is not enough - more like 500 are necessary. This is by far the best book out of the Stark Dynasty. Nikki and Damien come full circle in this story. There is so much heartbreak and pain but the journey leads them to the happiest ever after you can imagine. This couple have been through hell and back and it has only brought them closer and closer. I cannot wait until we read more about them in future novellas. J. Kenner you have outdone yourself. Stand up and take a bow!!

This book was probably my least favorite of all the series. I was so happy that Nikki and Damien finally got the baby we've all been waiting for! And for Nikki to let all her hang-ups about it go, even better! And then for Nikki to loose the baby. That's just wrong, I can't believe J. Kenner would do that to them. Don't they deserve to have this easy for a change. I'm kind of over all the drama and suspense that comes into their lives, usually multiple things at a time too. Maybe this series needs to just end here and only have them pop up in books related to this universe.

Also I find in unlikely that Nikki would/could hide a pregnancy from Damien throughout an entire trimester.

I absolutely loved this book and am totally in Love with Damien and Nikki. They are one of my favorite book couples.
This book did not disappoint, the crazy and possessive love that they have for each other seems to grow stronger with all the obstacles they have to overcome. They definitely belong together
Can't wait to read what comes next for this amazing power couple!!

I am a fan of the Stark Trilogy so when I found out we were getting a 4th full length book I was really looking forward to it. This installment did not disappoint. It has everything that readers and fans have come to expect from this author and this series. Damien and Nikki are terrific characters and I love revisiting their story and watching it unfold. This is an emotional journey filled with sorrow, happiness, misunderstandings, forgiveness and some intrigue. This author has created a series and characters that just resonate with this reader and I will be back for every future installment and novella because I am hooked.

I won a copy of this book as part of a Goodreads giveaway.

I love me some Nikki and Damian, but they both annoyed me in this book. I'll start with Nikki. She was a hot mess throughout this book. She whined, she had no backbone, and she was all over the place. I completely get the pregnancy and raging hormones, but her actions were just annoying and unnecessary. Then there's Damian. He was the same alpha male, but yet he kept his secrets. He lied so much throughout the book to Nikki that it was a pain to read at times. I wished he would just be upfront with her. He trusted everyone around him with his secrets, but his own wife! While Nikki was a hot mess he contributed to her behavior by keeping her in the dark. Also, I don't like his relationship with Sophia. She tried to break them up and threatened to expose his secret and yet he wants to give her the benefit of the doubt. I have a feeling his relationship with Sophia will annoying me further in the next book. I hope Nikki grows a pair of you know what and put Damian in his place. I also hope that Damian stops keeping secrets from Nikki and treat her more like his equal in all matters.

Seeing her mother like a ghost everywhere, new work opportunities, old homes, memories of her sister & 1st born, hardship, neither one able to cope without the other’s help, pregnancy, Sofia turning into an actual ok person, & China.

And with all of that J. Kenner still manages to CONSTANTLY remind you of each & every reason why characters in the book are important & how & why & their pasts. I understand & thank you for the recap but oh my god I get it. Same goes for the need to cut & thank you for the mental visuals of what it felt like for the character of said character did it & her struggles. But it’s very repetitive in that way...
