Terms and Conditions was such a fun, satisfying read. Declan and Iris have amazing chemistry, and the slow burn between them had me hooked from the start. I loved how their relationship evolved—there’s plenty of tension, humor, and just the right amount of angst. Declan’s character especially surprised me in the best way, and Iris is the kind of strong, smart heroine you can really root for.

Beautiful romance. Good characters. But too much filler in the beginning? I made the controversial person here but I think the beginning was too stretched out and the ending was rushed. But overall. A good grumpy/sunshine/grovel/billionaire romance

Declan needs to get married and have a baby in order to fulfill his grandfather stipulation to get his inheritance. The problem is he is a very hard person to get along with. He has no interest in emotions. Therefore, he’s planned on paying someone. A last minute problem causes his assistant Iris to become his wife instead of the original woman. They both seem to have actual feelings for each but is it enough to make it work?

If you’ve read The Fine Print before this book, then you know what’s coming I feel like, but honestly I like this book better! I can’t exactly say why, but here’s some things I found:
There’s something I like about Declan better than Rowan
This books seems more faced paced than The Fine Print

Both books are definitely good and worth reading!

Having read the first book in the series,  i was looking forward to the sequel but this book left me feeling like it was rushed. The other issue for me was the description of Iris,  which was poor in my opinion - no idea that she was based on a woman of colour other than the fact that she had braids, which was really disappointing
