I found these characters & the story annoying, don’t recommend
Audible listen narrated by Connor Crais and Meg Sylvan.
Oh my gosh this book. Holy hell. I can’t deal with this! Get out of my head… get out of my life!!!!
But when Satcher and Wendy meet and lewdly joke. Yeah, this is going to be so good.
Very female POV
Daaaaamn!!! The twist!!!! Woo! I’m a need some after-book-therapy. Men get mean when they hurt women, we’re mean when women hurt us.
Oh Woods, for me, your explanation was actually forgivable. What Satcher walks in on….Billie’s forgiveness, her actual giving in instead of…
Oh my this was the ending the book needed. Connor and Meg slayed this story!

I'm a little bit torn on how I feel about this book.I really enjoyed Billie and Satcher's back-and-forth. Their overall relationship and friendship was such a pleasure to witness. I felt like they had such great chemistry throughout the entire things. I liked that Billie started to evolve past her bitterness and reclaim herself as a person. With the help of her work at the blog and her relationship with Satcher. But then I felt like too many obstacles and bad decisions were thrown into the mix for the sake of drama, and I became very frustrated with the characters and the storyline closer to the end.
The writing was engaging and the narration was brilliant and I enjoyed the book overall. But the last 1/4 just had a bit too much happening, and some of it felt unnecessary.

I didn’t really understand why she would go back to her old life or to a man who did her wrong, so I was annoyed about that, but it was a decent read.
This is not what I was expecting. Don't get fooled by the title. When we go towards the end of the book, I nearly freaked out when I realized she was engaged and about to marry Woods again. When the twist came and Billie finally realized Satcher was the one for her my heart was happy again. I kinda wanted more of their story, but their interactions in the book had me swooning.
Oh now I have the feels
Oh Tarryn, why were you so scared to introduce us to Billie? She's one strong lady full of salty tears and sass. I loved this story and especially where it ended up. Bravo and thank you!.
