This series! This series is turning out to be everything I didn’t even know I needed. Karla Sorensen delivers on all the things I love the best: the chemistry, the banter, the sweet steady burn that holds my heart in thrall and keeps my greedy little reader heart hungry for more. Floored delivered on all those things – and more! I loved it so much! I absolutely love the entire Ward family, and this book just solidified that love for them. This family just seems to make me all emotional while reading and this story was no different!
I AM IN LOVE WITH LIA AND JUDE!!!! I could not get enough of them. These two were BRILLIANT! They not only had immediate and intense chemistry but they form a deep emotional connection that made them an incredible couple. I was hooked right from the start. I LOVE the surprise pregnancy trope. Add in TONS of chemistry, a great build up, ALL the feels, and a storyline that is so easy, and you have Floored . Just AMAZING from start to finish! This book was everything that I love in romance. There was swoon, passion and emotions that made me want to curl up and cry.
Karla keeps outdoing herself and I’m so in love with her writing. Floored was another fantastic read and I am falling deeper and deeper in love with the Ward family. This story was so heartwarming and touching, and the epilogue absolutely melted my heart. I am enjoying every second I get to spend in their romances and I absolutely cannot wait for Isabel’s story!

This was such a fun read but not without angst. I really enjoy Sorensen's Ward family and there is plenty of them in this one. Lia the impetuous, outgoing twin gets her HEA when she meets Jude, the footballer who knocks her up their one-night together. They figure out how to be together while apart, and this is one of the few books I've read where the MC goes to therapy on the page. Jude has a ton of baggage with parents who disapprove of his choice in career and there's a great scene with his therapist near the end in which he has an honest breakthrough that's great to read. The HEA had me crying!
Nov/21: Re-read in audio and I am not a fan of the female narrator. Her voice is a little too monotonous for me.

… they’re good for each other but i just don’t wanna read abt their family drama and whatever
seems like a predictable book

Lia and Jude are amazing parents. YES! This books is unexpected pregnancy trope after a one night stand! And this was such a long way to finally get them together, all happy and just TOGETHER. But I absolutely loved it.
Both of them have their past baggage and it was so sad to see Jude and his family in such bad relationships. I’m so glad that he got to work on it with his family and started clearing up the air and everything so they have better relationship. This guy. I swear. He even got himself a therapist to be a better person for himself and his soon family! It was so great to see him change to be a new, better version of himself.
I feel like Lia most of the time didn’t know what she was doing. She was avoiding a lot of things and was just scared about everything, but she also changed and stopped running away from her problems.
Their growing relationship was so great. I’m so glad that both of them wanted to try out this whole family thing even when they didn’t know anything about each other.
And The epilogue was amazing. I cant wait to read Iza’s story!!
