Enjoyed reading book 1, but as big of a fan I am of Nalini Singh's Psy Changeling books, her Archangel series isn't doing it for me. The mystery and character interaction feels a bit forced, and majority of the time I felt the chemistry lacking between the characters.

When i have time, I'll move onto book #3.

Omg! I love this series so much! It reals me in immediately and I love watching as Elena learns how to use her wings. Learning alongside her is so much fun for me.

Love the feeling like im back in 2010 reading about vampires and angels 🥹 no matter what i read i will always be a fantasy girlie first🤭 im so obsessed with this series and can’t believe this was only book 2/16 lol 😂 i love this for me.

Although it took me years to read this one I did very much so enjoy it. There was more sex in it than I expected but the overall story was enjoyable. I like the characters, particularly Elena the first Made angel in centuries. Her learning curve at being an angel is steep and due to the circumstance of being invited to Lijuan's ball the time she has to learn it is short. Watching her learn to use her wings and move with her new body was fascinating. Elena's banter with Raphael's seven is entertaining and believable. Her love and relationship with Raphael is incredible and one can feel it through the pages.
Raphael and his learning to feel emotions long thought buried and erased is something special. The fact that his seven are as loyal to him as they are says something about his character.
All and all, a book I should have read a long time ago.
