Unfortunately I didn't love this like I wanted to.  The narrators weren't the best in my opinion, it was difficult to know when they were thinking, or if they were actually speaking to another character.  Maybe if I had read it physically without the audio I would have a different rating.  However, it also got a bit repetitious with how they were talking out their relationship together.

I did like the idea of the story.  How she was starting to fall for her husbands best friend after he passed away and she had been alone for years.  Her therapist mentioned that she was becoming touch starved and the husbands best friend actually fell for her first at a university party which she doesn't remember because she was drunk after having a bad interaction with her mother.

I also thought that the conclusion was wrapped up really quickly and you don't really get any time with them after they have decided to have the Happily Ever After.  I kind of wished that they had communicated earlier. Especially because of the fact that she was still getting over the fact that her husband had passed away.  There shouldn't have been a communication error trope because it just made me a bit frustrated.  They should have spoken much more before getting involved because of their previous relationship and just all the things.  I am not making sense anymore but it got under my skin.  I don't think I should have finished it.  And I don't think that I will be finishing the series.
