Well that was one good follow up from the first book. Vicious was one of my favorite reads of all time and I was really anticipating for this book after reading Vicious since that book was really fuckin amazing. And now Vengeful is finally out (for months) and I finally got to read it thanks to mi friend Gian!

Okay- again first off I love VE Schwab her writing will always hook me the moment I read the first chapter, I just love the way she writes and the characters she write I love them so much and UGH I'll miss everything about it.

Vengeful was a great sequel but there are times where it kinda dragged?? but it still has its objective that will happen but with too many characters it kinda became a filler? Idk but that's just me.

I loved Eli's backstory so much, because of that I became fond of him lol I DON'T WANT ANYONE TO DIE I just want them to kiss and make up so bad (HAHA). Sydney is all grown up and it's good to see her go out and do stuff I almost thought she's bi/lesbian because of June but she just misses her sister so much. Marcella was a BITCH but I loved her chapters, her voice and story was really chic and I just want her to die. Victor- yeah he just wants to get his fix. Mitch and Dom!!!

AAAAAAAAAAAA so to sum up my Vengeful thoughts. Great book, really enjoyed it, glad to see more characters and backstory from Eli but what's with the ending?!!??! I NEED MORE. I read here on Goodreads that this (?) is the last book but Schwab may return on writing a third book sometime soon and that needs to HAPPEN. If this is the last one I just want to say what a thrill and joy reading this book was I'm really glad I got to read Vicious and Vengeful it impacted me in a way, the characters, the story, the world, the writing, everything about it was beautiful so.. I'll miss it SO MUCH.
