okay this was almost a five star read, but i don’t think there was any way you could have guessed the actual ending which lead me to deduct a star. without spoilers, with my niche medical knowledge, i should have suspected something was up due to the way things were worded, but i am also in a different country where our healthcare standards are different from other places. but if you want a page turner, this is it. CHECK TRIGGER WARNINGS.

This was my first Alice Feeney book, and it won't be my last. I was lucky enough to find this left behind at a resort. I couldn't put it down. I was not expecting the twist at the end.

One of the best psychological thrillers I have ever read. I kept guessing whodunit and didn't figure it out until after 300 pages... The book is only 305 pages. Wow, seriously addicting story and stunning writing! Alice Feeney may just be my new favorite thriller author.

4.5 stars - this was an awesome thriller! It kept me guessing the whole time - every time I thought I had it figured out, there was another shocking twist. I had really liked Alice Feeney's first book, Sometimes I Lie but was not a huge fan of her second book, I Know Who You Are. I didn't know what to expect with this book, but luckily it was much more like Sometimes I Lie and it did not disappoint. Thanks to Goodreads for the ARC.
