4 ⭐️. This is a very twisted thriller. I loved how it was told from different POV throughout the book and that I didn’t feel like I could trust either side. It made it hard to guess the ending. There is a scene that could use a trigger warning for SA though.
The ending is where I’m unsure how I feel. There are multiple twists and I didn’t see the finale at all. It just for a little confusing on what the truth was with how quick it was changing. It was a little hard to believe, too. I still enjoyed it overall.

This book was a great thriller with many twists and turns. It keeps you guessing throughout the book as you uncover more and more details about the past that links to the future. I really enjoyed it!

While perhaps my least favorite of Feeney’s works this far, I can chalk that up to simple pacing issues that anyone would have a difficult time editing away. This thing piles on the twists near the end at such a rapid frequency that you can almost feel the author performing linguistic acrobatics to prevent the reader from guessing how the very last chapter will read. Overall, she pulls it off, and it would be very silly of me to rate this anything less than five stars for such a minor flaw. Her stories are never anything less than sparkling.
His & Hers is a thoroughly entertaining novel that will have you picking up clues, piecing them together, and feeing really smart only to turn the story on its head and make you question everything you thought you knew. That’s why I’m giving it 4 stars.
I’ve deducted a star for 2 reasons:
1) The Who and the Why make sense but the How doesn’t entirely. How did she get around town (they say the woods but I don’t buy that)? How did she get into all these buildings? It just wasn’t there for me.
2) There weren’t enough clues that it was Mrs. Andrews for the reader to feel satisfied. There were so many fun clues as to who Cat Jones really was and I wished there were some clues like that that pointed to Mrs. Andrews

A fun summer day read, with a great setup (that to even mention includes a spoiler). But note there is one deeply upsetting violent assault scene. The pacing was excellent, and the details kept me guessing till the end.
mysterious
medium-paced
I love unreliable narrators, and this book sat two! A tragically disturbing story that stems from mean, errr psycho mean girl childhood trauma with turns that keep you guessing. I kept thinking I knew “whodunit” and at one point I came close but then said nah it couldn’t be so I moved on and focused on other possible suspects. Feeney is great at crafting fantastic thrillers and I will read anything and everything she writes. Book #38 in 2024
Fantastic audio book, I loved the narration. The narrator’s sounded so mature it was a relief to the normal voices you hear on audios. The story itself was well layered and tbh kept me guessing the whole way through. I guessed at least 3 separate people and was wrong for all of them LOL.
