Recommend listening to this as an audiobook, it was so creepy! So many twists at the end, I kept thinking I had it figured out but the end surprised me!

3.5. Pretty good - but I read a bunch of mysteries in a row and the others were better.

This was fine. The past and present timelines were insane, especially the past. Ending was not at all what I was expecting which is always the case for Alice Feeney books. Hell hath no fury like a teenaged girl.

The ending. The twists were great! The plot driven story from multiple point--Chef's kiss. But for me, the ending is what really wraps this story up and gives it a strong 4.5! I reserve 5 stars for stories that are so impactful I am shook, and while this book was close, I had to keep it to the 4.5.

Feeney is a write who I love! Rock, Paper, Scissors was excellent, and His & Hers is another strong writing. A writer who has now proven that they have the stuff that thrillers and suspense readers need! A great story of how past impacts the present, and that people are not always what they seem!

Now, off to garden!

"His & Hers" by Alice Feeney is everything a twisty thriller should be! This may be one of my top favorite books this year. I loved this original story and enjoyed all of the many twists and turns in the plot. Just when you think you have it figured out, you don't! The less you know going in, the better. 5 stars and this book is one I highly recommend!
Thank you to the publisher and NetGalley for a copy in exchange for an honest review.

4.5 rounded down. Fast paced and intense. This book had me thinking I had it all figured out but I was wrong! I love it when that happens. If it hadn’t been for one plot move, that I found particularly disturbing and almost had me quit reading, this would have been a full 5 stars.

His & Hers was a great book, with an ending I never saw coming! The story is told from two perspectives—His and Hers. In a small British town, a murder occurs, and both Jack, a detective, and Anna, a news anchor, are drawn into the investigation. As the plot unfolds, they both become suspects, and the connection between them is revealed.
