Cops who can immediately tell when everyone is lying are a pet peeve of mine, but I appreciated how many loose ends Lisa Jewell managed to tie up. 

I wish I read this sooner after The Family Upstairs, but it did stand on its own well too!

This was an interesting sequel, it tied up so many loose ends of the first one and had some really touching moments
