i wanted to like this so bad but it was so boring and horribly written, the muslim representation was really lacking and in some places the book straight up promoted haram stuff

They are so sweet, Hayat & Anas. This is so halal romance. I love the way Anas being so gentleman & followed the Islamic way when he wanted to know Hayat better. Thats so sweet of him because it showed how he respects a woman. Such a green flag! Eventho im not really fond of single parent trope but it still depends on the plot & character itself. This is a lighthearted story but sometimes it gets into my nerve too haha.

3.5 ⭐ - I loved the fact that it was a halal romance. However, there were some thing lagging for me. I didnt like the writing style for example. Would still recommend if you want to read a halal love story!

It's cute! the author portrayed Islam so well in here and just the general idea of how a person should be pursued the halal way!!

Anas and Hayat were adorable and add Souhila into the picture? just perfection!!!
