I went in this book blind but once I realized that it was an autism spectrum type book about a character, I was excited because since it’s a close subject for me. I love reading books like such so I can feel closer to my husband.

Anyways this was an amazing read.

This book was so sweet 🥹 I love Tilly and all her chaos and Ollie is the biggest pantone 13-1521 green flag.

♡ A trip around European cities
♡ Two neurodivergent main characters characters
♡ Dual pov
♡ One of Ollie's moms is portuguese and calls him "amorzinho" 😭
♡ Tilly's uncertainty about the future as a young adult is so real
♡ Beautiful friendships and complex family relationships
♡ So many quotable lines

The main character was insufferable. And her family was even worse.

y’all this was so young love core

“Tilly, you’re the entire rainbow.” 🌈

I’ve read one other Mazey Eddings book and this one takes the cake. I felt all of the emotions while reading ‘Tilly in Technicolor’. Oliver Clarke is such a good book boyfriend and I love the way he was written. He always had the nicest things to say to and about Tilly and I loved that about him. I love how this book flowed and how much more I got to learn about ADHD and autism. It’s nice to see neurodiverse characters in books like this. This was an easy 5 star read for me.

THIS BOOK ♥️

I haven’t unintentionally read a book in one sitting in over a year, but I flew through “Tilly in Technicolor” this morning and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

As a person who didn’t know they were autistic until my twenties, this book means so much to me. I’ve never read a book that so potently describes what it’s like to live as a neurodiverse person in a neurotypical world without being preachy or overtly sad. I feel seen, I feel heard, and most importantly, this book made me feel LOVED 💗

To celebrate my unique autistic brain, I’ve decided to display this book among a collection of items that represent some of my special interests. (Side note: I wanted to include my cat but she kept trying to eat the bracelets)
