Probably the best of the new Star Wars canon that I've read/listened to. Enough of a tie-in to the original novels to be familiar, but not too much as to overshadow the story of the new characters, who are very engaging. It's a big task to tell a story that spans from before the original Death Star to the Battle of Jakku, but Gray handles it wonderfully. Excellent narration as well.
