💭 MY THOUGHTS 💭

Single Dad x Nanny MM Romance—This trope is not seen often, and Ashley did justice to it. I’m not a fan of cowboy romance (don’t even ask, please), but this cowboy romance, Woah 🥵. I’m seriously in love with this book.

The plot, the characters and everything in this book SERVED. Finn is a tired, single, grumpy dad with tons of responsibilities. Ash is our sunshine nanny who loves his morning yoga and kids. Finn’s former nanny quits, and in steps Ash and the roller coaster starts. Their banter and their flirting were amazing. The build-up to the relationship was also good. The Spicy scenes were 🥵. I loved how Ash and Tucker (Finn’s kid) clicked instantly. Their energy together brought out a sweet side of Finn’s, which is only seen with them. Tucker is such an adorable kid, and his dog Bubba stole my heart. I loved Finn’s family dynamic. They were all understanding and open and loving and had each other's back. Hollis (Finn’s brother) riling Finn for Ash was so hilarious. The book was sweet, funny and hella spicy. The daddy kink, Woah!! It was heavy and amazing!! 🙈

I loved how Ashley portrayed the cheating. I mean, it’s not exactly cheating, but it is cheating. You know what, you'll get it when you read it Coz cheating is the biggest no no for me but it’s “ex-girlfriend’s twin brother” so that’s given. At one point, I thought Violet actually deserved it all. She pissed me so much! But the way Finn stood up for Ash and did not waver, not even once, was heart-stealing. The understanding and openness between them were beautiful. 🥹

If you love a cowboy, manny, and single dad trope with daddy kink on the side, you do not want to miss it. Trust me. ❤️🥹

I love the premise of this book, nanny, forbidden and that part delivered! Tucker is such a cute kid and I loved the entire Moore family. My main ick was the conflict with the sister and how it was handled. As the only woman in the story she was sold as crazy and unreasonable. It was very one dimensional.

So I thought it was a cute story to read. I would have to say that the dynamic between the sister and brother was good. Points out some issues that siblings can deal with when growing up and comparing themselves to one another. I think the single dad in love with the “manny” was cute. I would have to say that the dirty talk to me was little too much. It just don’t feel natural in the sense of them communicating with each other like the writing style was force. And I have read MM and dark romance books I don’t mind the dirty talk but, the writing just didn’t seem smooth to me with the dirty talk in this book. Over all read it in one day and it was cute.

This was a new author to me so I was excited to read. I love a cowboy romance and add in a bi awakening and I was all in. Finn is a single daddy to cute little Tucker who needs a nanny. Enter Ash who happens to be Finn ex girlfriend brother… yep very interesting. They are both opposites but you know what they say opposites attract . Finn has never fallen for a guy so the feelings he gets from Ash is different and confusing. This is low angst but a cute romance with some spice. I am open to seeing how book 2 will be.

Finn and Ash were two of the most fire couples. Granted this is my first MM Romance I have read in a looong time. And it's my first MM cowboy romance, that doesn't mean they weren't ah-mazing.

I was LIVING for the tension between these two because it was sooo good! The banter and the playing between them back and forth was absolutely delicious. They had that beautiful exploration that new couples have, and also Finn's exploration of his sexuality. I couldn't have punched my fist harder when he finally gave in!

I loved that Finn and Ash were able to cultivate and find themselves in each other. Not sexually but also personally. Daddy Finn is like no other. He could give anyone a run for their money. But thay smolder and the gravel in his voice could make ANYONE quiver.

The narrators Gregory Salinas and Alex Kydd did a fantastic job of embracing these characters and conveying their emotions throughout the book!
