I had to wait a couple days to try to write a review that could get across how I felt about this book. I’m not sure if this will even touch the way I feel about it. This story got me! Pulled at my heartstrings! I fell in love with Ash’s gentle, genuinely sweet character immediately and as a nanny for Tucker, Finn’s son, how he interacted with him was so heartfelt. And Finn, a single dad, with his grumpy, tough on the outside and a softness on the inside for Ash of course just had me gushing. I loved Ash’s flirty seductive banter in the beginning, sometimes would have me giggling out loud. I felt the emotions of Finn with his struggle in the realization of being bisexual. And when he gave in to his feelings and felt the unyielding love and happiness with Ash, I was doing a little happy dance for them. Between the tension and heartbreak Ash felt when his twin sister found out about him and her ex, the heartfelt moment of being called “mommy Ash”, family realizing when you didn’t and supporting you and your partner … my emotions were all over the place with this book. I went from laughing, to blushing, to swooning, to crying. The author did an exquisite job with the writing of this sweet and yet spicy love story. Whew their story has touched my soul, I can’t say enough. I may even have to listen to it on audio, it was so good. If you don’t read or listen to this book - you are missing out! Definitely will be reading more from Ashley James and can’t wait until the next book about Hollis.

Needing a new nanny ex girlfriend twin brother what could go wrong. After losing his job Ash moved back to his hometown, become Finn nanny. What I like about this book is the connection between Ash and Finn. The spice was great from daddy kink, to learning how to please. Finn whole family supports and protects each other is amazing. Tuck is Finn son he such a sweet happy boy. What I like about Finn how he opens up and he becomes a better person. For himself and family. What I like about Ash is he finally found somewhere and someone. That makes him feel wanted, safe, and cherish. These two are a grumpy sunshine couple. From the way Finn only opens up to Ash. Same goes for Ash. The way they complete one another. One of my favorite parts is the confession scene in the rain. Also how Tuck tells everyone how he feels about them. I cannot wait to see what happens next in this family.

My heart is whole after reading Finn and Ash's story. It's now one of my favorite books by Ashley James. She has proved, over and over, that she writes THE best cowboys (this is your sign to pick up the Copper Lake series!).
Finn Moore is a single dad who works on his family ranch. When his trusted nanny resigns, giving him a week's notice, he scrambles to find a suitable substitute to take care of his 4-year-old son, Tucker.
Shortly after Ash Tudor loses his teaching job in Portland, his twin sister Violet suggests he return to Wolf Creek to interview for a nanny position with her (casual) boyfriend. A less-than-stellar first meeting still leads to Ash getting the job and moving with Finn.
Ash fits right in with Finn and Tucker but tries to ignore the growing attraction towards his boss. While Finn can't deny his chemistry with Ash, he needs to come to terms with his feelings.
Their journey is slow and steady but also emotional and beautiful. Finn's bi-awaking and his family's support are everything. His need to protect and defend Ash is endearing. I'm not a fan of the daddy kink, but I must admit it works!
Also, as far as kids go, Tucker is adorable, and his connection with Ash is heart-melting. I can't wait to read the rest of the Moore men's stories because they are incredible if Finn's story is anything to go by.
