this book was such a gentle, quiet read. didn’t expect it to hit me emotionally the way it did. the story feels really soft but meaningful....

i loved the dynamic between the characters esp how they slowly opened up to each other. the pacing was a bit slow at times but it kinda fits the vibe of the book tho.

only reason it’s not a full 5 stars for me is bc some parts felt a little too quiet or repetitive. but overall it was a beautiful and calming story. would def recommend if you’re in the mood for something warm and introspective.
fast-paced

A sweet, short read. I expected more based on the critical acclaim and didn't find it extraordinary, but I did enjoy it and it did get me emotional a few times.
