This is a really well done parenting book. I already started using some of these strategies with my 1.5 year old and it has made me think differently about parenting in the best way. Generally helpful and the specific applications was incredible.

Man I hope everyone can read this. So many amazing tools and perspective shifts. This work is so important!! Even if you don’t have kids I feel like it still could be helpful in your relationship with yourself and others. But especially with kids - it is so helpful. I love love love all of her mantras but especially how much she really emphasizes that we are all good inside and how 2 things can be true. Such an important book!!
