Great resource for tactics on how to raise happy and emotionally healthy kids. Lots of reasonable ideas that will help parents relax a bit and face challenges with openess and kindness.

This is a really good parenting book. Like all parenting books, some examples are overly simplistic and seem to resolve unrealistically easily. And also as with pretty much all parenting books, I don’t agree with absolutely all of her advice, but overall, she teaches really solid principles in an easy to understand way. I’d love it if she came out with a teenager version with more examples of how to apply her ideas to older kids.
