This book is revolutionary for any parent. I listened to it once and plan on buying a physical copy to keep as a guidebook for the future. This completely changed my perspective on parenting kids with big feelings and how I can meet them where they are. Fair warning, you may have to re-parent yourself due to a massive perspective shift.

I listened to the audiobook and I really appreciated Dr. Becky's narration. It didn't feel like she was reading a book. It having a conversation about our kids. Her tone of voice really helped with the scripts.
