This series, like the author's Nothing Serious series, is high octane, low thinking, fun. I love all the hot alpha maleness, and that, once they got together, there wasn't a lot of stupidity, denying their feelings. Once they realize they're in love, that's it for them. Great!

While the editing here was much improved, I still haad a few occasions where the timing confused me. I would think days or weeks had passed by, only to find it's the next morning, they're looking for a bounty who's likely gonna ghost, so they have to get him first, but the course of the book takes a couple of months, but they still find the guy in town? That didn't make sense for me.

But as I mentioned earlier, I don't read this author for logic, I read for the hot alpha males and the action, which we always get in spades, so great job there.

It was soooooo hard to care about these guys. I was more interested in Brian’s story. It was the only thing that kept me going.

There was no story. No real plot. And we spend nearly half the book where one of the MC’s Dana, is still with his girlfriend. And we don’t get anything with the two MCs together. The whole thing was juvenile and unbelievable.

I was so happy for Dana and Ford to have their own story. I love with these big macho dude fall in love with each other. I was really excited about Sway and Brian's love story taking off. I can't wait to read their story.

Listening to this on audio - love every single one of these a.e. Via books and having them available on audio is a real treat.

Duke ticked me off multiple times in this book - more so in the audio version.

**********Contains Spoilers**********

I really liked this book but the couple seemed to be at odds for a lot of the book before they sorted out that they like each other and should give it a go. Man Dana put up with a lot from his ex-girlfriend who would treat him like he’s completely beneath her just because her family is rich, she won’t even touch him without him showering and brushing his teeth. Dana and Ford seemed to be fantastic together once they finally clicked. I’m looking forward to seeing what Ford’s surprise is for Dana. I liked that even though Dana was badly hurt, Ford was extremely upset but he didn’t try and coddle him too much while he’s recovering. He respects, values, trusts & loves having Dana at his back protecting him so he’d never ask him to cut down Bounty Hunting or quit, as then he wouldn’t be the man that he loves. I loved the interactions between Ford & and his brother Brian and Dana & Brian’s friendship. I just love Brian and can’t wait to read his and Sway’s story, as with all the hurt and trauma he was subjected too he totally deserves love, plus the way they first met was really hot. I’d recommend this book, series & author to everyone.
