at the end of the day she is the literal queen and legend. she taught me so many life lessons and knowing her side of the story made me understand my story a bit better.
an insightful memoir on the dark side of fame. we’re going to get so many more stories like this in the years to come from other child stars or kids who grew up with influencer parents, just wait.

i really enjoyed this book! i love that it was narrated by madison, it made the book feel more authentic.
this is a great book for people who have experienced hardship in their life. it’s somewhat healing to know that even people that seem like they’ve got their whole life together have also been through some tough things.
i didn’t like the letters too much, or the journal prompts, during the audiobook reading. but, i think i would’ve enjoyed them during the physical book. i’ll have to go back when i have the time to sit and actually do the journal prompts.
it was nice of her to include the letters, and i’m sure it helped with content and with writing, but i wasn’t a huge fan of it. however, she answered the questions very well and i enjoyed listening to what she had to say.
this is a good book to read if you feel like you’re in a dark place and are feeling alone in it. it has some heavy topics in it, but it mostly focuses on the positive things.
i like getting to know the person behind the music sometimes, and madison seems like a good one. it made me want to support her and her music even more.
sometimes what we see isn’t what truly is, and people can portray themselves as whatever they want when it comes to social media. it’s something we often forget. it was nice to see behind the curtain for once.
i would definitely recommend reading this book.

I don't comfortable giving memoirs or autobiographies star ratings. I don't want to feel like i am judging their life by giving it a rating. It is NOT fiction it is their real lives!
