i don’t like to rate a memoir because it’s her life. i did really enjoy reading it as someone who really connects with her music. her words always speak to me and i love the way she writes, i always have. it was really interesting to see how she writes in a book instead of her songwriting and i felt touched about how she talks about her mental health and advice. this is more than a memoir i feel, it’s also about self improvement and i, personally, loved that aspect of the book

This was my first memoir but it was so good, I’ve loved Madison for a very very long time and this was such a vulnerable and personal memoir that had some of the best eye opening quotes I’ve read, I want to get a physical copy of this book instead of my kindle so I can annotate it and remember these quotes and phrases that were inspiring
