This is such a powerful book. It made my heart ache so much and it made me shake uncontrollably out of sadness, out of anger. I think everyone should read it, obviously make sure you have the mental bandwidth but seriously Chanel Miller has such a powerful voice.

Standing ovation for Chanel Miller - way to clean up the mess that is our pig pen of a chauvinistic legal system,
society, and press. This manifesto is dynamite; Chanel blows every pathetic argument, double standard, and misogynistic justification to bits, with clarity and confidence.

When your voice is temporarily silenced, follow Chanel Miller’s lead and enlighten your attackers with a matter of fact, “If you fail to fix the topic of your talk, I will follow you to every (insert relevant place) and give a follow up presentation.”

Every father, woman, and leader should read Know My Name so those of us with a vested interest in female safety learn to identify the problems Chanel exposes and give our own follow up presentations .

On page one, I thought, “Oh my God, I am Chanel. Chanel is me.”

Chanel fought for justice for all of us. Chanel is a gift, and I hope she knows that.
