Was this published before it was finished? Totally incomplete as a novel.

The lines between the story and reality became disturbingly blurred as I read this book.

I’m not sure if I’d recommend this read if you’re struggling with anxiety related to the pandemic or the political events of these past few months.

This could have been rly good! (If it was written by someone else)

I quite liked the premise thinking it would be a psychological thriller. But instead turned out to be apocalyptic, which I like more. Not sure I did like the writing tho, there were many far too slow passages which were just words. It was an Audible and the narrator was O.k. It’s been bought by Netflix so let’s see what they do with it.

This is a book that creeps. Alam’s story explores the moments before and right when the whole world changes. This book is atmospheric and suspenseful and will leave you feeling uneasy in the best way!
