To jedna z tych książek, przy których naprawdę dobrze się bawiłam. Schematyczna jak ich mało, ale przy tym bardzo urocza, a okładka idealnie oddaje klimat książki. Jeśli lubicie typowe młodzieżówki, to polecam!

The most comforting book of all time. The characters, the relationships, the plot.. it was all just so perfect. I love this book with my whole heart and in particular I love Iris Huang with my whole heart 🥹 <33

This was just so sweet and compulsively readable! I couldn’t put it down. I think it was the characters—they were all so real and flawed and somehow lovable at the same time.

This is such a phenomenally written book that I have reread so many times!!! It is beautiful how she works in romance while also keeping it real (no angels descending from the sky playing harps etc.) This is a must read for all YA fans of realistic fiction and a touch of romance.

A nice enough little book

This book was sooo good. I wasn’t expecting to love it because it’s been a while since I read a high school realistic fiction book that felt like it had real depth and wasn’t just going through the motions of what a book should have. But this book!

The writing is everything. The chapters are short, which means you can easily fly through it. Claudia is hilarious and sarcastic and so much fun to read. And Gideon, her love interest, was fascinating and hilarious and somehow the boy version of a manic pixie dream girl but not in an annoying way.

The book felt really realistic to how teenagers talk and feel and what their interests are (I can’t speak to the realisticness of the video game parts, but the boy band super fan ones were definitely hilariously accurate).

It was just a really great book. 4.5/5 stars ⭐️
