A side of history you don’t hear much! Very descriptive. The dinner party concept that connected the whole thing wasn’t my favorite… but I see why it was necessary to make it an entire book.

I really enjoyed the framing of the book as a dinner party. I've listened to the Kinky History podcast, and I enjoyed Esme's expressive voice shining through in the audiobook as well. A lot of the information in the book was very similar to the podcast, but there was also plenty of new info to learn.
