Classic Stephanie Plum. Some of the highlights from this one was Lula falling into a grave, Stephanie and Lula stealing the electric taxidermy beaver and blowing it up in Joyce’s house, Grandma bringing her dates to the house (and her getting Blacky the taxidermied cat), and the constant “damn cable company” mentions.
adventurous

Dickie Orr, Petiak, Smullen, Gorvitch, Carl Coghlan the taxidermist, and Simon Diggery. Good story.

Don't know why this one fell a little flat- perhaps it was the presence of Stephanie's ex-husband (who was really annoying) taking up some of the smapce than Garndma and Lula would normally occupy, but the mystery was good, the villains were terrific, and there was lots of Ranger and Morelli.

My first Stephanie Plum book but I felt as if I have known these characters forever. Though I did watch the movie "One for the Money" at the time it came out and actually liked it.

Janet Evanovich does it again. Crazy family, wonderfully funny secondary characters and a story-line full of action and sexy banter with both men in Stephanie's life. I thought I'd get tired of the trio but for now, I'll stick with them.
In this one we get to know Dickie Orr, Stephanie's ex-husband a bit more, and he is as nasty as she presented him. We get to know Joyce Barnard too, and probably think they deserve each other.
Lots of fun, without much thinking.
