I think this series is a lot of fun. This was my first time listening to one of them as an audiobook version and to be honest I didn't enjoy it nearly as much. I think from now on I will read them like I usually do. Lean Mean Thirteen was just as fun as I had come to expect with the Stephanie Plum series. I do think there may have been a little more swearing from certain characters then I remember from the previous books, especially compared to the first few in the series. Stephanie seems to be a lot more cool and collected under pressure then she used to be. I guess she is getting used to all the craziness happening! I look forward to picking up #14 sometime.
