This was much more raw and sad than I anticipated (all the obituary stuff should have been a clue), but it was also very good.

Interesting concept. The story doesn't really get interesting until a 1/3rd of the way through. Funny and morbid at times. Provides understanding on the transience and fleeting nature of life.

This was a sad story. I did chuckle a few times, but it never got funny enough to overcome the depression brought on by reading the book. Probably the best parts for me where the discussions of Tim and his abilities, or lack thereof. Having a child in wheelchair, this part spoke to me. But again, this wasn't the light hopeful book I somehow expected based on the title.
