I prefer self-help books. This is very technical. It also seems to be a bit biased in its judgments.

Incredibly rewarding book to read. A little tedious to get through but very worth it in the end to learn about yourself and the way you think.
I am just going to shelve this unfinished. Reason: Non-fiction... dry as bones...

An interesting read. It really made me think about how many of my decisions are rational and intentional as opposed to how many are reflexive and just sort of happen.
