While this book had very interesting points, it was too academic for me and a lot of the material was dry. Instead of learning about this information in a fun interactive way I felt like it was more of a lecture.
The points made were definitely worth revisiting at another time when I have a clearer mind.

It had some interesting concepts, but was really just beating a dead horse after awhile.
I feel like this book was a good refresher for some things I learned about in Psychology...but I felt like I was actively avoiding reading it further because it was sortof slow and boring at this moment in my life, I prioritized other books to read until the checked out book expired, and I'm not motivated to place another hold right now.
