This book started off great but it got so cliche halfway through. It was cute and easy, but just very predictable.

Tropes: afraid to love, disability rep, forced proximity, grumpy/sunshine, nicknames, roommates, single parents (taking care of sibling), slow burn, traumatic past
POV: first person, single pov (mmc epilogue)
Plot: 5
Character Development: 5
Romance: 5
Ending: 5
My opinion: I absolutely loved this book. Chloe and Warren are so similar, yet different but those differences are what make them a great couple. I love how the author addresses the differences in their backgrounds as well as the complexities of dealing with social services. I also like how ASL was incorporated into the story and how Luke wasn’t just a background character. The angst and slow burn build up was really good between Warren and Chloe.

She did it again!!! I am absolutely obsessed with Hannah Bonam-Young’s stories. This was my third book I’ve read by her and it didn’t disappoint. The tension, the romance, and the heart was all there. What I love about her books is they always tackle real life situations. It’s very realistic and I enjoyed this book. I finished it within 24 hours! Definitely give this book a chance!
