Beautifully DARK

This book is DARK. for real, check your warnings. Was overall a good book and I'm happy with the ending! Excited to see the next one the hollows.

This book is dark , depraved and an overall wild ride. With that being said? I loved it! Hell is the epitome of morally black. But he managed to scrape together some for Noir? Im obsessed. They’re 2 little crazy in love criminals

A young women with traumatic past on the run from her captor lands in a dark and unusual circus looking for work. What she finds is more then meets the eye. But little did we know that she would be right at home.

Thanks to Hellion and all his dark and twisted ways!!

Spice is spicy.

Well, that was a wild ride…

wow! another gripping story that keeps you sucked into the world of oddity carnival and cirque!

noir and hellion have this attraction that latches on and is hard to ignore. it’s electric anytime they interact in the story and only grows stronger when they finally experience their desires.

jodie king does an amazing job of adding this layer of mental health and how it impacts them and the reality of it.

This book just solidifies that Jodie King is one of my new favorite authors. I wish I could live rent free in her brain even just for a nano second with how she comes up with these stories. I'm still questioning my sanity and morality because I actually didn't think it was all that dark, even though Jodie herself has said this is the darkest book she's ever written. This book definitely lives up to the hype that it's been getting! I was laughing, giggling and kicking my feet so much I had to keep putting the book down to collect myself. I'm flabbergasted, I'm empty wanting more and now this book is going to live rent free in my brain for the rest of time. Thank you, Jodie for inviting me to the circus because it was one hell of a ride!

I liked the overall plot of this book but the inner monologue was way too much. It was too wordy and very repetitive (how many times can you say frontally and gnaw?). Minor grammatical errors as well. I enjoyed the characters and I wish we saw more of dark night but I assume that will happen in the series
