Breaking the rules was never more fun!

I swear I read “forbidden” romances with one eye closed, afraid that someone’s going to walk in on the couple when they shouldn’t be together. This was no different. I kept thinking Smith’s teammates were going to spot him with Emelia. Absolutely loved it!

DADDY SMITH APPLE

Let me tell you. I have loved each of these books for their own reasons, but this one was the best so far. This age gap, forbidden romance was so good!! The tension, the yearning, the secrecy, the need, everything made the relationship between Smith and Emilia so good.

Sin Bin is the fourth book in the Carolina Comets series. While it can be read as a stand-alone, I really recommend all of the books because they’re amazing. Sin Bin is Smith and Emilia’s story. This is an age gap (10 years), forbidden workplace romance book. It was sweet, steamy, hilarious, heartwarming, and absolutely un-put-downable. I couldn’t stop reading! I fell for these two immediately. Actually, let’s be honest, I fell for Daddy Smith a few books ago

I FREAKING LOVE SMITH. HE'S A GOOD APPLE.

Definitely the best book in the series thus far. I was hesitant because age gap is not my favorite trope but it was essentially irrelevant in this book. A did enjoy how so far the next book seems to pick up right where the last leaves off. But I actually really, really enjoyed the overlapping timeline of Lowell and Hollis’ book too. As well as the flashbacks! Really hope Millers book is just as good!

super adorable!! i think i'm addicted

This series is becoming one of my favorite hockey romances and Sin Bin is topping them!

Smith and Emilia met by chance two and half years prior. When they found out they both work for the Comets it immediately stopped anything from going further due to a no fraternization rule. Fast forward to current time and Emilia is pulling out everything she has for a promotion and when that includes lots of one on one time with Smith all the feelings come roaring back.

This story comes at such an interesting time in each of their lives. Smith is on the cusp of retirement or possibly being traded and Emilia's career is just taking off. Big choices must be made and the decision of what to do had me on the edge. These two were hot hot together and I truly loved their story.

I want more from this team as each story just gets better and better!

Wow this is spicyyyy and I loved it. I was a bit disappointed in that I feel like I didn't get to know much about Emilia other than her job, which is why it wasn't my favorite of the series. But I do LOVE the secret/forbidden romance plot and how it played out!
