Unbelievably CUTE!
Omg I had no idea a demon romance WOULD BE SO FREAKING CUUUUUTE! I loved everything about this book! It was short and sweet, spicy and dirty, with some revenge I absolutely love for thrown in!
After Joy is SA’d, she summons a demon to help her….”end” the man. The bloodlust that radiates from her is too delicious for the demon to pass up, so he accepts. The road that takes them down is wholly unexpected. Joy not only gets to enact her revenge (and NO she doesn’t feel bad after!), she also gets some answers to decades old family secrets. By the end, Joy isn’t only the FMC’s name, it’s the feeling this book invokes!
I absolutely love Joy and Malachi, both as individuals and as a unit. I love the way Joys body is described. I LOVE how soft Malachi is allowed to be. I love how her revenge isn’t a bad thing. Amazing all around.

I was intrigued by the cover. This story deals with HEAVY topics so make sure to read the Author’s Note.
While I liked this story, sometimes I grew frustrated with the FMC. I fully support her vengeance through and through! Malachi was precious, and for s demon that’s saying a lot! Lol
I just, something felt like it was missing for me with this book but I do think it was good and would recommend.

Wasn't for me. The clear purpose of this book was NOT the overarching story/world building, obviously, but even the spice could've been better IMO. I also just had troubles believing it - not that there's anything wrong with her preferences or vocabulary usage, but I couldn't help but think of her as a child/teenager which isn't really what I want to read about in a spicy demon romance. Speaking of, the demon was NOT very demon-y. It just didn't click for me. On a scale of one to "delicious", it was not.
