Short, sweet, and funny. Borrowed from the library so I didn't mind as much that a lot of the material is repeated from the web site, but probably still worth a read if you're a daily Wrecker.

I enjoyed this book quite a lot. It is mostly the same as the blog, with a few added bits in it.

This book made me LOL so hard! When I was reading it at home, I had to keep showing Husband the funny wrecks, and when I brought it to work, I had to keep showing my co-workers. Anyway, I highly recommend this book to anyone who needs a good laugh. Even if you've followed the blog, I think there's a decent amount of different stuff in the book.

The editor in me groans that these made it out of the bakery, but this was a hilarious book! Thanks, Stephalunes!

This book is hilarious and just as good as the blog. It's also an excellent coffee-table book. It's struck up a fair amount of conversations for me at home and at work (I'm a librarian, so yay for the book that's its own attention-grabber). And it gives special attention to the Darth Vader baby cake, so you can't go wrong there! You'll also find out some of the history behind the blog, people who've trolled the site, and the bakers who sometimes contribute their own work.

A charmingly funny look at "professional" cake disasters, good for some Laugh Out Loud moments, just like the blog of the same name.
funny lighthearted

I regularly read the cake wrecks blog and I love that this book totally captures the same spirit of the blog which is highlight badly designed cakes. I really enjoyed looking at the pictures as well as reading the funny captions that are written underneath the photos.

Not a good read. The pictures are entertaining, but the commentary is not even necessary. Caustic and sarcastic - she is an elitist.
