Is this the best book I've ever read? No. Did I enjoy it! Heck yeah. I had so so much fun with this duology, it was exactly what I needed. I don't always rate based off enjoyment but.... I had to.

This was very fun and more entertaining than the first book I think. Good conclusion although I think it would have benefitted from an epilogue.

pros: i loved Alosa even more, we got to know the crew better, i fell in love with the secondary characters even more
cons: i wanted to love the relationship more than i actually did, the ending felt a little bit too rushed for me but it still felt right somehow
other: again super quick read with a few plot twists
