I enjoyed this audiobook and look forward to finding more books from this author.

This was my first Maren Moore book and DEAR LORD WHY DID I WAIT SO LONG?!? I love a one night stand leads to a pregnancy leads to swoony love trope. Can't wait to dive deeper into this series!
slow-paced

boring

I wasn't certain what to think about Briggs at first, or at least not after having read Change on the Fly.

How everything transpired with Maddison though kept my attention. I found myself wondering how their relationship was going to work out, AND when her secret was going to be revealed. Once it was, how would Briggs handle that? How would they overcome that to achieve their HEA?

Maren Moore knows what she's doing, and took me through the paces with our couple. It was so good. Also, this story has me curious about Graham! Which is perfect since his story is next in the series.

This had some cute moments, but the pacing was off. The heroine also got on my nerves.

2.5
Quick read. Nothing to special, it was okay. It didn’t have much depth and was pretty much leveled on the suspense part

4 1/2 stars.

I was so close to giving this 5 stars. Only reason I did not is because I felt that the climax/resolution was a little rushed. Other than that I loved it. This book is definitely my favorite out of the totally sucked series so far, including Newspaper Nanny.

I LOVE BRIGGS!!!! 10/10 what boyfriends are made of. Briggs is literally the blueprint.

ehh, it was an ok read. not much of a fan of the fmc or her actions throughout this book. not much hockey takes place as well, but it had some cute parts.

Good plotline

The story was good but Maddison infuriated me, like girl you had so many chances

I’ve read all of Maren Moore’s hockey romance books to this point and can honestly say Briggs Wilson is my favorite boyfriend of them all. He went through a lot of hurt, but found a way to overcome all the hurt and be a man he could be proud of. His relationship with Madison is adorable even through the obstacles they faced.

If you enjoy sports romances, a bit of tension, and characters truly fighting for their love…you’ll enjoy this one. (:
