Jensen is a tea shop and horse ranch owner, and though she has some heavy baggage from her past relationships, some conventional, some not (like in Book 1 of this series), she begins to see Tuck as more, but she is worried she can't trust her own judgement anymore. Tuck has his own baggage and self image issues from his father's constant infidelity and they play a big role in how he views himself in relationships.
There's also a bit of mystery involved when some of the wild horses around are getting killed and someone from Jensen's past shows up with ulterior motives. These two had so much going on, mostly because of their shared history, but also because of their fierce protectiveness and loyalty to each other! They were hot and I loved their stolen moments together with the wilderness!

4.5⭐️ since the first book, I was just waiting to read Jensen’s story and this did not disappoint. Tuck was exactly what she needed and i can’t wait to continue the series.
